Pearce became the 4th Head Coach in the College’s history and continued the Monroe tradition by taking the 2021-2022 Men’s Team to the top of the Non-Scholarship Division at the NJCAA Championships. Dale brings a wealth of Aquatic and Mechanical knowledge to the department.
