Cinotti Named Head Women's Basketball Coach
ROCHESTER, NY - Long-time assistant men's basketball coach Santino Cinotti has been named the next Head Women's Basketball at Monroe Community College. Cinotti takes over a team that won 12 games last season falling in the semi-final round of the NJCAA Region III, Division II, basketball tournament in February. Cinotti brings a wealth of experience to the position most recently serving as the assistant men's basketball coach for the Tribunes since 2019.
In addition, Cinotti is a staple at HoopsStrength, the premier basketball strength training company in Western New York, serving as a specialist and training some of the top basketball talents in the Rochester Area including players that have earned NCAA Division I scholarships. Cinotti, known for his ability to evaluate, train, and elevate individual players and their skills, has worked some of the most popular basketball camps in the area including Jack Leasure Camps, Nazareth College Basketball Camp, Hoop Group Elite Exposure Camp, GDAY Elite Basketball Camp and Combine.

Cinotti earned his bachelor's degree from Johnson & Wales (RI) where he was a four-year member of the men's basketball team, winning the conference title and automatic birth to the NCAA tournament in 2011. After graduation, Cinotti would go on to serve as an assistant varsity and JV basketball coach at his alma mater Harley Allendale Columbia, before moving on to several roles within the Webster Thomas Basketball program.
