Win streak hits 11 for Monroe
The Tribunes haven't lost since the first game of the season.
ROCHESTER – Taylor Wingerden (Macedon, NY/Palmyra-Macedon) scored a pair of goals to help lead the MCC women's soccer team to an 8-0 victory over the William Smith JVs Tuesday.
Wingerden also had an assist, and Ally Sharpe (Brockport, NY/Brockport) added a goal and three assists for the Tribunes, who have won 11 straight since a season-opening loss to Monroe College.
Natalie Rogers (Webster, NY/Webster Thomas) chipped in with a goal and an assist for MCC.
Jessica Riggall (Tully, NY/Tully), Julia Pettys (Alexander, NY/Alexander), Margaret Doyle (Loreto College Crumlin), and Danielle Casaceli (Caledonia, NY/Caledonia-Mumford) added one goal each.
Chloe Crook (London, England/Holy Family) and Paige Buchholz (Greece, NY/Greece Odyssey) combined to make four saves in goal for the shutout.
