Tribunes Down Golden Flyers in 4-0 Win

PITTSFORD, NY - MCC's men's soccer team took down Nazareth University's JV team in a 4-0 victory. The first half was even, with neither side being able to break through the opponent's defense. 

The second half was action-packed, with the Tribs' four goals coming in the second 45. Scoring started early when Ollie Weir (Falkirk, Scotland) found the back of the net off an assist from Trace Higham (Atlanta, GA) in the 47th minute. In the 53rd minute, Haato Efune (Tokyo, Japan) found Jacob Sevene (Greece, NY) for the Tribunes' second goal, doubling the lead. 

In the final quarter, Weir and Sakuya Futakuchi (Tokyo, Japan) put the game away by scoring in the 66th and 74th minute, off assists from Anton Kelly (Motherwell, Scotland) and Gabriele "Pepé" Sellati (Montebelluna, Italy) respectively. 

With 22 of their 17 shots goalward, MCC was potent offensively, and they were stout once again defensively. 

With this win, the Tribunes remain perfect on the road, bringing their road record to 4-0 and their overall record to 9-2. They will look to continue their dominance as they advance towards the postseason.
