#18 Men's Basketball Makes Statement Win, Dominates #10 Cougars in 19-Point Victory

ROCHESTER N.Y. - The #18 ranked Monroe Community College (DII) Men's Basketball Team dominated #10 Genesee Community College (D III)  The final score was 76-57 

In the first half, Monroe Community College took a commanding lead, outscoring Genesee Community College 45-28. They continued their strong performance in the second half, scoring 31 points compared to Genesee's 29 points. Terrell Williams of Monroe Community College was the leading scorer of the game, contributing 28 points. He made 11 out of 19 field goals and went 6 for 8 from the free-throw line. Treymaire Dodd also had a notable performance, scoring 11 points and grabbing 8 rebounds. Monroe Community College displayed strong defensive skills, recording 8 steals and 8 blocks. Davon Ellison of Monroe Community College received a technical foul during the game.
