Volleyball Falls in Four Sets at Jamestown CC
Jamestown Community College's women's volleyball team emerged victorious in a thrilling match against Monroe Community College. The final score was 3-1 in favor of Jamestown Community College.
The first set began with Monroe Community College taking an early lead, but Jamestown Community College quickly caught up and eventually took control of the set. Monroe Community College managed to score 15 points in the first set, but it was not enough to overcome Jamestown Community College's strong performance, as they scored 25 points to win the set. In the second set, Monroe Community College showed resilience and fought back. They played with determination and managed to win the set with a score of 25-23. However, Jamestown Community College did not let this setback discourage them and came back even stronger in the following sets. The third and fourth sets saw Jamestown Community College dominating the game. They showcased their excellent attacking skills, with Rian Finch leading the team with 12 kills. Cadance Main also made a significant contribution with 20 kills, displaying her exceptional accuracy. Allison Rowland played a crucial role as the team's setter, recording 46 assists throughout the match.
