ROCHESTER, NY - Onondaga Community College women's lacrosse team used a strong first half, and fended off a late Monroe push, to earn the 19-11 victory in the NJCAA women's lacrosse national semi-final on Saturday afternoon at John L. Dimarco Field. Skye Gaudio finished with five goals to pace the Tribune attack, while Gianna Zerrillo finished with four goals and five assists to lead the Onondaga offense. The Tribunes finish the season at 7-6, while Onondaga advances the National final tomorrow against No. 1 seed Anne Arundel Community College.
Maddie Hoffman added three goals and two assists, Angelina Soeffing finished with two goals, and Michaela Neelin added one goal and two assists to lead the Monroe attack.
Luciana Dodge finished with four saves to lead the goaltending duties shared with Riley Bready who finished with one save.
