ROCHESTER - Christie Hahn and Morgan Hollenbeck registered a goal and four assists each to lead unbeaten Monroe to a 28-0 win over Genesee in a women's lacrosse matchup Saturday afternoon.
The top-ranked Tribunes (8-0) got goals from 24 different players in a game that was never in doubt. MCC scored 11 goals in the first 10 minutes of the contest and led 19-0 at the half.
Kendall Jones and Kara Spano had two goals and one assist each and Mackenzie Donahue and Dana Isaacs both added two goals for Monroe, which scored on 28 of their 36 total shots.
Brianna Hendrix and Kendall Skuse had a goal and two assists apiece, while Janee DeLuca, Kyli-Marie Towner, and Taylor Excell all chipped in with one goal and one assist.
MCC held a 22-6 advantage in draw controls, with Isaacs leading the way with eight draws. Excell added five and Hollenbeck had four. Sarah Annable and Paige Noel combined for the shutout in goal.
