Human Performance Lab
The Physical Education Department has a state-of-the-art fitness center - the Human Performance Lab - located in Building 10 on the Brighton Campus.
As of 9/13/21 the HPL is closed until further notice.
The center is air-conditioned and has individual stereo rack sound systems. Secure locker rooms and shower facilities are adjacent to the centers. The HPL contains a wide variety of institutional quality exercise equipment. The equipment includes multiple strength training systems and a wide variety of cardio fitness training pieces. All the equipment is recently purchased and well maintained.Vacations, intersession and summer session hours may vary. The HPL will be closed when the college is closed.

And much more.
We do not supply weights belts, gloves, boxing gloves, wraps etc.
