Clare Boesel Named NJCAA Goalie of the Week

ROCHESTER N.Y. - Clare Boesel of the #6 nationally ranked Monroe Community College Women's soccer program was named the NJCAA Goalie of the week. This nomination came days after Boesel had one of her best games of the season and helped lift the Tribunes over the former #6 ranked team in Eastern Florida State College. Boesel was tested heavily throughout the game, she recorded seven saves on eight shots and only allowed one goal against a Titans team averaging 3.44 Goals Per Game on 5.6 Shots. Clare marks the second Tribune of the year to be awarded an NJCAA Athlete of the Week Honor after Brandon Johnson of the men's program was named Athlete of the Week for week four.
