Men's & Women's Soccer Programs Headline Week Two NJCAA Division 1 National Rankings
ROCHESTER N.Y. - The MCC Men's and Women's Tribunes Soccer programs found themselves in the NJCAA Week Two Power Rankings. For each team, this marks the second straight week that their respective program notched a spot inside the Top 20.

The Tribunes Men's Soccer team wasted no time in their home opener against Lakeland Community College (Ohio.), Finding the back of the net EIGHT times and scoring within the first four minutes of the game. Connor Morell led the way for the Tribunes, scoring two goals and Manato Ogawa scored one goal and added an assist. Goalkeeper Damian Bohler recorded two saves and played the full contest completing the shutout.

#11 WOMEN'S SOCCER (1-2) | PREVIOUS RANK #5
The Lady Tribunes Women's Soccer team started off the season strong, defeating Schoolcraft College (Mich.) 9-0. For MCC Caitlin Nelson and Niyah Jayde Rosado each scored two goals, and Breanna DeHond tallied three assists.
In their next two games, the Lady Tribunes traveled to Overland Park, Kansas to face two teams ranked inside the Top-15. In the first game, the #1 ranked Iowa Western Reivers defeated MCC 2-0. Finally, in the second game, the Tribunes were defeated by #11 Butler Community College (KS) 4-0.
